Default Any recommendations

Online universities give individuals a chance of getting education while keeping their job and family life. Whether you are looking for a higher degree for advancement in your career, needs to change to a new career, needs to earn more or just wanting to do something different and don’t want to go back to classrooms, online universities can help you.

Is there any online university in New Jersey?

I'm in Atlantic County, and our community college is Atlantic Cape Community County. They offer a lot of classes online. It depends on your major. My personal experience is dealing mainly with colleges that have a physical presence. There are a couple degrees that you could complete %100 online. Their website is atlantic.edu

I'm with you JerseyMic - I don't really trust online education, unless there is a physical location with a reputable institution. Two many online "colleges" are scams and basically their degrees aren't worth the paper they're printed on.

If the Jersey Shore is good enough for Walt Disney to recreate, isn't the REAL Jersey Shore even better for you and your family?

EXACTLY.

My biggest fear (if I were going to an online institution) would be how an employer would look at it. If I was an employer, I would be afraid of someone who got a degree from an online-only school. I would think "Hey, why can't this guy socialize? Is he bad with customers?" etc

If you take all online classes at a school with a physical location -- even if you only take one in-school course -- you can get away with looking like a normal person . No offense intended, but I think that unless you already have a career job, an online school in NJ is just as relevant as an online school in AZ (U of Phoenix online, for example)
