Default Student Walk Out - what would you do?

So yesterday HS students all over the state walked out in protest of budget cuts in their schools - i read on one board that some kids said they knew it was just an excuse to cut class and most of them didnt know much about the budget. I think kids should have free speech and expression but if there are consequences for cutting class i think they should be ready to take the consequences - also would like to know how much the teachers put this bee in their bonnet - i dont know another case of high school students organizing a protest on a state wide level.

I agree and will have more about it most likely. I think the NJEA is encouraging it and the students should not be protesting during school hours. I don't think the schools, teachers and administrators would be so understanding if they were protesting AGAINST the union.
New Jersey is the only state honored by two resorts at Walt Disney World. The Beach Club Resort, modeled after Historic Cape May and The Boardwalk Resort, after Atlantic City. If the Jersey Shore is good enough for Walt Disney to recreate, isn't the REAL Jersey Shore even better for you and your family?
