To tell you the truth,. I don't know much about this. It hasn't been high on my list of things to be watching for. What is Jessica's Law. I am familiar with Megan's Law. BTWE - I should say I am against what I call "knee jerk reaction" laws.

It's a law that would put child molesters who molested children 13 and under into prison for a 25 yr minumum.
Essential, IMO.
